Most participant issues come from wallet state, provider session state, or quest timing.
My task is not ticking off after I completed it
Give it a few seconds. If it still does not resolve, refresh the quest page and try the task again.
X says my account is not eligible
The linked X account did not pass the current platform eligibility check.
I joined the Telegram group but it does not verify
Stay in the group and try Verify again. If it still fails, the group may have a setup issue on the project side.
Discord verify keeps failing
Check that the correct Discord account is linked, the server was joined, and any required role is present.
I see no Claim button after the quest ended
The project may still need to finalize the quest, or the connected wallet may not be included in the final reward result.
I claimed but the tokens are not in my wallet
The wallet UI may not display the token automatically. Add the token contract manually if needed.
I used the wrong X account on my first quest
Disconnect the current X account and reconnect with the intended account before continuing.
I am getting a popup-blocked warning
Allow popups for this site so task windows can open correctly.
