Claim rewards

The claim phase begins after finalization. Selected participants claim directly from the quest page.

#Claim flow

Claiming is the final participant action in the quest lifecycle. It happens after the project finalizes the approved reward result. Claimable quests also appear in My Activity with the claim action available.

Claims begin only after the project finalizes the approved reward result.

If selected, the quest page shows the claim action and reward amount.

Wallet confirmation

Confirm the claim transaction in the connected wallet.

Reward received

The reward transfers to the participant wallet after the transaction completes.

#What the quest page can show

No claim button

The quest is still active, under review, or the connected wallet is not included in the final reward list.

Selection pending

Randomized winner selection is not complete yet. Claims open after the project completes selection.

Claim

The connected wallet has an available reward. Confirm the wallet transaction to receive it.

Claimed

The reward was already claimed for the connected wallet.
