A compact reference for the live quests product: state meanings, who can do what in each state, and the terms that show up in the app and docs.
Use this page differently from the guides
The how-to guides teach flow. This page is for quick lookup. Skim it when you need exact wording or want to confirm what is possible in a given quest state.
Quest states
Draft / not yet live
The creator is still configuring, deploying, or funding the quest. Participants should treat it as unavailable.
Active
The quest is funded, open, and accepting joins and task completions.
Ended
The participation window is closed. No new task progress should be expected. The creator now reviews applications.
Claim open
The creator finalized the reward outcome and winners can claim on chain.
Claim window closed
The claim phase ended. Unclaimed rewards return to the project.

Read the page if it is public, but not meaningfully participate.
Active
Connect wallet, join the quest, complete tasks, and verify progress.
Ended
Wait. The creator is reviewing. No new progress should be expected.
Claim open
If selected, click Claim and pull the reward into the wallet.
Claim window closed
No further claim action is available.

Draft / not yet live
Configure the quest, deploy it, and fund the reward pool.
Active
Monitor participation and keep promotion running. The quest mostly runs on its own here.
Ended
Review pending applications, select who should be rewarded, and prepare the final outcome.
Claim open
Communicate that claims are open and let participants claim for themselves.
Claim window closed
Wrap up, review results, and plan the next quest.
Task categories
X tasks
Follow, like, retweet, reply, and related X actions. Verified against the platform flow.
Telegram tasks
Join a Telegram group or channel. Verified through the Telegram integration path.
Discord tasks
Join a server or hold a specific role. Verified through Discord account and server checks.
Website tasks
Visit a destination URL. Lower-friction than identity-heavy tasks and best used in a mixed quest.
Custom tasks
Manually interpreted tasks described by the creator. Highest flexibility, lowest automation.
Verification summary
The platform verifies what it can directly check and leaves the final reward decision to the creator. That is the core model. The system is not trying to replace judgment. It is trying to clean up the candidate pool before judgment happens.
Current Telegram / Discord selection rule
Telegram and Discord applications are selectable by the quest owner in the current live product. They are not auto-forced into the final reward outcome.
Glossary
Quest
A reward-backed set of tasks that participants can join and complete.
Participant
A user attempting to complete the quest tasks.
Creator
The quest owner who launches, funds, reviews, and finalizes the quest.
Application
A pending task completion candidate visible in the manage review flow.
Reward pool
The tokens funded up front for the quest.
Finalize
The act of publishing the final on-chain reward outcome.
Claim
The participant-side transaction that transfers an awarded reward into the wallet.
Claim window
The period during which winners can claim before unclaimed funds return to the project.
